There is a LOT going on you NEED to know about!

  • Did you know they just quickly passed an Unruly Gatherings Ordinance where the end results are you can lose your license to rent?
  • Did you know they are talking about bringing back RENT CONTROL!
  • Did you know they have just passed an Ordinance and working on another charging you more for your trash collection/bulk pick-ups?  You pay for it in your taxes, you pay an additional $180 per year and now you will pay again………many times over!

Come and talk with us about these issues at our upcoming PGPOA General Meeting on November 14th , 2019 at 7:00 pm:

  • Meet, Greet and Eat 6:30 pm
  • Special Guest Speaker: Ken Ulman, President of the Terrapin Development Company

He will review all the new & planned development for College Park. How will this affect your properties? Come discuss!
