The “Properties for Rent” Section of this Site is for use by the Prince George’s Property Owners Association, Inc. (“PGPOA”) members in good standing only, and members of the general public seeking to rent properties owned or operated by PGPOA members.

PGPOA is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination and the achievement of equal housing opportunity. PGPOA will not list the availability of any off-campus housing unless it is made available in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including federal and state fair housing laws, which generally make it illegal to discriminate (or advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination) on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, marital status, familial status, national origin or sexual orientation. Rental unit posters are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. PGPOA will not knowingly accept any listing which violates the law. The privilege to use this service may be denied at any time. In addition, in accordance with Prince George's County fair housing law, PGPOA will not advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination on the basis of occupation, including student status.

PGPOA does not inspect, recommend, or guarantee housing listed on this internet site. Properties on this list are not endorsed by PGPOA; nor are the posters.

PGPOA does not warrant the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of any of the listings and/or other information and data contained in this web site and may make changes thereto at anytime in its sole discretion without notice. Further, all listings and other information conveyed hereby is provided to users "AS IS" and should be verified independently with the respective listers or property managers.
