    The 2nd House in behind the 7-11 on Route 1 makes this a great location.  Same as walking from streets back in Old Town.    

    3 Different Units - 2, 3 or 4 bedroom, each with 1 bath and I pay most of the utilities (you only pay your electric and the house shares the internet/cable).

    Landlord's error means this great house is available for 2018-19. If you want to be super close to campus and near sororities/fraternities, restaurants, etc., don't delay. Address: 4607 Norwich Rd. (corner of Dickinson).

    The house is small but the rooms are great and the location is outstanding. Parking is a huge plus. Both bathrooms have been updated/renovated. 

    There is a catch, however: there are 3 essential rules:

    1. No parties (seriously)
    2. No more than 5 unrelated tenants can live in the house
    3. You have to take great care of the place

    You should have been looking for houses at least six months ago. You're kicking yourself. Now all the good houses are gone...

    ...except this one. Lucky you.
