    It's your lucky day!  The group that was going to rent the house just fell through when one parent could not move forward. If you want to be in the heart of Old Town and super close to campus, sororities/fraternities, restaurants, etc., this one is for you.  But you'll have to move quickly.

    • 2 really nice bathrooms
    • Small kitchen
    • Laundry in basement
    • 3 cars off-street parking
    • Rent reduced to $4,775 + utilities

    The house is small but the rooms are great and the location is outstanding. Parking is a huge plus. Both bathrooms have been updated/renovated. 

    There is a catch, however: there are 3 essential rules:

    1. No parties (seriously)
    2. No more than 5 unrelated tenants can live in the house
